Supported Living
At Suncroft, we believe everyone has the right to live as independently as possible, while still having access to the care and support they need. Our supported living services are designed to empower individuals with a wide range of needs — including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, or age-related challenges — to lead fulfilling, independent lives within their own homes or shared accommodation.
Supported living is a care arrangement where individuals live in their own home or a supported housing setting, with personalised support provided as and when it’s needed. This could include help with personal care, medication management, budgeting, domestic tasks, or getting out and about in the community.
As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider, we tailor our services to suit each person’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Our caring team works closely with individuals, families, and professionals to develop flexible, person-centred support plans that promote dignity, choice, and confidence.
Whether someone requires a few hours of support a week, daily visits, or 24-hour assistance, we’re here to help them feel safe, connected, and in control of their own lives.
At Suncroft, supported living isn’t just about meeting care needs — it’s about creating opportunities, building independence, and helping people truly feel at home.
