Qualifications:
- At least 6 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Have a current NMC pin with no restriction
- Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements
- Statutory and mandatory training certification
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Other skills/qualifications as required for specific assignments or employment

Responsibility
As a social worker, you need to:
- Interview with individuals and families to assess and confirm the situation
- Conduct and create assessments in line with specific criteria and schedules (possibly in collaboration with other professionals) to provide and support information.
- Organize a support package and manage to help people lead the most fulfilling lives possible
- Recommend and sometimes make decisions about the best course of action for a particular individual or family
- Contact and see other institutions participating in interdisciplinary teams :For example, the child Protection or Mental Health Conferences.
